I met Dallas at an open house about a year after my husband died and I knew I didn't want to stay in that large house. I was drawn to him as a realtor because he was respectful. He wasn't pushy. He was knowledgeable and possessed very pleasant demeanor. I told him I was not in a hurry that my journey might take a while, and I would like to live in the old section of Pensacola. I would send him a list of houses I would like to see and he would arrange a showing It wasn't very long till I found the perfect house for me and he did everything he could to help me purchase the property. The transition which turned out to be a harder because of interest rates and the uncertain economy. We had many ups and downs, due to my prickly personality and the slow movement of the property. Dallas was always steady at the helm and always gave good advice. Probably the best advice was advising me to consult with the attorney Kerry Anne Schultz of Pure Title. We were able to work out a six month lease to purchase in a way that protected me from many worst case scenarios. Upon closing Kerry Anne and her team closed in 15 minutes. Dallas is a professional realtor who values your opinion and listens to what you want to do, but does not hesitate in advising you what might need to be done based on facts and not emotions. Dallas a team builder and wants to treat everyone with respect. I really can't thank him enough for a job well done. I wish I had more properties to buy and/or sell so he can help me.
